These Chocolate Orange Chia Puddings are high in protein and make an easy breakfast!
Chocolate Orange Chia Pudding [Vegan]
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 150 ml almond milk
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- zest 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or equivalent sweetener of your choice
- Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl and leave in a refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning when ready to devour top with vegan Greek yogurt, homemade granola and cocoa nibs.
